What are your fees?

Fees charged will depend on the scale and nature of the event and our level of involvement. We'll keep in contact with you regarding our time, hours spent, and liaise with you on specific items, but we'll also work to your budget and plan accordingly.
There'll be no hidden extras or surprises.

How far in advance do I have to book your services?

2 to 3 weeks in advance, so that the team can make sure nothing's missing for your event! :)

Can you cope with last minute changes of plan or emergency situations?

We build in contingency measures for all our events, rest assured that your event is always in capable hands.

What is the refund policy? What happens in the case of a cancelled event?

Under unforeseen circumstances during this pandemic - Covid Restrictions, a full refund will be returned to customer.
